Trip History on Fleet App

Fleet Admins and Managers can view trip history for their vehicles, drivers, and assets for the last couple of weeks to track the current location of the vehicle and know where the driver, vehicle, or asset has been or has stopped in the past few days. This information helps understand the reasons for delivery delays or anticipate potential delays.

FAQs

Can I hide driver information in the Fleet App when a driver is not in a vehicle?

No. The Fleet App home screen always shows all company vehicles, drivers, and assets on the map, even when a driver is not currently in a vehicle. You can’t auto-hide drivers only when they’re not in a vehicle.

To reduce who can see driver information at all, use Roles and Permissions to limit Fleet App access and scope users to specific driver or vehicle groups, and deactivate drivers who should no longer appear. For privacy, location history only shows when a driver’s duty status is Driving or On Duty, not for Off Duty/Sleeper time.
