Introduction
The Drivers tab provides a quick view of Driver performance across the 4 behavior types.
Steps: Viewing Driver safety performance
1. Login to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Safety.
2. Click the Drivers tab on the Safety page. It displays:
- Driver: Driver name
- Safety Score: The Safety Score as of the most recent Monday given the date range selected

Core Risk / 100 mi:
- Primary: Count of core risk behavior occurrences within the date range selected per 100 miles driven
- Secondary: Count of total core risk occurrences within the date range selected

Violations / 100 mi:
- Primary: Count of violation behavior occurrences within the date range selected per 100 miles driven
- Secondary: Count of total violation occurrences within the date range selected

Driver Awareness / 100 mi:
- Primary: Count of Driver awareness behavior occurrences within the date range selected per 100 miles driven
- Secondary: Count of total Driver awareness occurrences within the date range selected

Harsh Driving / 100 mi:
- Primary: Count of Driver awareness behavior occurrences within the date range selected per 100 miles driven
- Secondary: Count of total Driver awareness occurrences within the date range selected
3. Search for a specific Driver or use filters such as Date Range, Safety Score Range, or Coachable Behaviors to update the list accordingly. It is also possible to sort the list based on the following options:
- Safety Score: Sorts the list based on Safety Score in ascending order.
- Name: Sorts the list in alphabetical order.
- Core Risk: Sorts the list based on the core risk behavior rate/100 miles within the selected time period in descending order.
- Violations: Sorts the list based on the violation behavior rate in descending order.
- Driver Awareness: Sorts the list based on the Driver awareness behavior rate in descending order.
- Harsh Driving: Sorts the list based on the harsh driving rate in descending order.
- Fleet start date: Sorts the list based on Driver’s fleet start date in descending order.
4. To filter coachable behaviors only, select the Coachable behaviors only check box.
5. Click the Driver to view Coaching History and Assigned Coach.
| Note: Fleets without coaching permissions can still view the Driver Safety Profile. |
