Miles Not Populating

Symptoms: Miles Not Populating
- I can’t see miles updating in the Vehicles/IFTA Summary tab on Fleet Dashboard.
Following are the potential causes for your miles not populating:
- ELD disconnects or lockups
- Odometer readings need recalibration through manual offset (OBD-II vehicles)
- GPS issues (Due to low connectivity in remote areas, etc) leading to non-identification of the jurisdiction of the vehicle and missing IFTA miles
