How to remove DOT number from Fleet Dashboard

    Introduction

    This article explains how to remove a DOT Number from your Fleet Dashboard.

     

    Steps: Removing DOT Number from Fleet Dashboard

    1. Log in to Motive Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.

    2. Expand the Products dropdown menu and click Compliance.

    3. Scroll down to the DOT Numbers section.

    4.  Locate the Carrier to be removed and select the three dots next to it.

    5. Click Remove.

    6. A confirmation message will appear, informing you that CSA Insights will no longer be available for the selected DOT Number.

    7. Click Confirm to finalize the removal.

    Note: A Driver’s DOT will still reflect previously added Carrier details. Be sure to review and update the Driver’s expected DOT Carrier details after removing a DOT Number.
