How to request roadside assistance using Motive Driver App – Motive Help Center

Motive customers will have access to Roadside Assistance beginning December 16th, 2024.

 

Introduction

Motive Roadside Assistance, powered by the National Automobile Club (NAC), offers 24/7/365 roadside support for all classes of vehicles in the US and Canada. Services include towing, jump starts, tyre changes, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and winching.

 

Steps: Requesting roadside assistance using the Motive Driver App

  1. Log in to the Motive Driver App.
  2. Tap the hamburger menu icon in the top-left corner.

  1. Tap Help & Support.

  1. Select Roadside Assistance. This prompts a call to the roadside assistance team.

  1. Provide the following information to the roadside assistance agent:
  • The type of assistance you need (e.g., towing, jump start, tyre change).
  • Your current location.
  • Your vehicle details, including VIN, make, model, and year.
  • A form of payment (specify if using a Motive Card).

Note: Motive users can expect to save an average of 15-20% on roadside assistance services compared to public rates when requested through Motive. This discount is applied at the time of the transaction by the merchant. 

An additional 5% of savings is offered to Motive Card users when using their Motive Card. This discount is applied as a statement credit on the users’ Motive Card invoice.
