Introduction
When a fleet admin is unable to see the option to Ignore Drive Time when editing past logs, the option to Ignore Drive Time is not enabled. Take the following steps to enable fleet admins to Ignore Drive Time.
Steps: Enable Ignore Drive Time Access for Fleet Admins
1. Log into the fleet dashboard.
2. Click on the admin icon in the bottom left corner.
3. Click on Fleet Users from Organization dropdown.
4. Click on Roles & Permissions.
5. Click on Options and select Edit.
6. Scroll down to Compliance and click on the Ignore Drive Time checkbox.
7. Click on Save.

Note: If the the option to Ignore Drive Time is still not available after following these steps, logout and login or refresh the page. |
