The Motive Fleet Dashboard allows Fleet Admins and Managers to manage Drivers, vehicles and workflows across the fleet.
Log in
1. Open www.gomotive.com and click Login.
2. Enter your Email or Username and Password.
3. Click on Log In.
Log out
1. Click the icon with your username initials at the bottom of the left-hand side menu.
2. Click Logout

How can I resolve the "Rate limit exceeded" error preventing users from accessing the Motive platform?
This error message appears after too many login attempts or during a brief backend issue. Please ask users to clear the cache and try to log in from google Chrome or change the browser if possible.
What is the direct link to access the Motive Fleet Dashboard?
- You can go directly to the Fleet Dashboard at https://account.gomotive.com/log-in?referer_url=https%3A%2Fgomotive.com%2F and log in with your fleet admin/manager credentials.
- You can also start from https://www.gomotive.com and click Log in in the top-right corner to access the Fleet Dashboard.
If you don’t see admin options after logging in, your account may not have Fleet Admin permissions.
I’m an owner-operator. Can I convert my Fleet Admin account into a driver-only account so I can use the Driver App instead of the Fleet App?
No. Fleet users (admins/managers) and drivers are separate profiles in Motive. If you are both an admin and a driver, you should keep your Fleet User (admin) account for the Fleet Dashboard/Fleet App and create a separate driver profile for yourself under Admin > Organization > Drivers. You can give the driver profile its own username and password or even use the same email as your admin account. Then log into the Driver App with your driver profile, and use your admin login only for Fleet Dashboard tasks.
