Introduction:
Fleet Admins and Managers can make several changes to the log form from the Fleet Admin Dashboard. They can edit driver logs, update shipping details, and make other necessary adjustments to the log form. These changes are essential for maintaining accurate records and compliance.
Cause:
The need for an admin to edit a log form from the admin dashboard typically arises because drivers are unable to edit logs that are older than 14 days. This restriction necessitates that fleet admins or managers make necessary updates or corrections to the logs on behalf of the drivers.
Resolution:
- Log into the Admin dashboard. Select compliance from the left-hand menu.
- Click on Log (right next to Overview)
- Select the desired Log and click Edit on the top right corner.
- Click Log Form on the top.
- Make the necessary edits.
- After editing, ensure you save the changes by clicking on save at the top right corner.
