    How to find the Make, Model and Build Date for the Vehicle Gateway?

    Introduction

    This article will show you where to find the Make, Model, and Build Date for your Vehicle Gateway.

    Steps

    1. The manufacturer of all of Vehicle Gateways/ELDs is Flex LTD. 
    2. The Model of the Vehicle Gateway is mentioned at the bottom side, under the serial number. 
    3. For the Build Date, please contact Motive Support at +1 855-434-3564 or through the Live Chat.
