The ELD Diagnostics feature is a useful tool that allows Drivers enabled for ELD mode to view the properties of the Vehicle Gateway installed in the vehicle. A Driver is required to login into the ELD every day to maintain their records. Once you have connected to the Vehicle Gateway, you can access this feature in a few steps.
Viewing the ELD diagnostics screen and Vehicle Gateway firmware
- Click on Logs from the main screen.
- On the Logs screen, tap the Current Vehicle.
- Tap on the Settings icon on the lower-right side.
- The ELD Diagnostics screen appears displaying various attributes of the Vehicle Gateway and vehicle that may be useful when contacting Motive Support.
