How to bulk add and remove selected Drivers from Groups

    Introduction

    Fleet Admins can add and remove a selected list of Drivers from multiple groups using the Fleet Dashboard. 

     

    Steps: Adding and Removing multiple Drivers to Groups

     

    Adding Drivers to Groups in bulk

    1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.

    2. Click the Organization tab in the left-hand side menu and select Drivers from the list.

    3. Select multiple drivers you want to modify groups for by checking the boxes on the left side for each Driver.

    4. Click Edit.

    5. Scroll down and click Groups: Add to groups.

    6. Click Select.

    7. Search and select the groups you wish to add.

    8. Once done, click Save.

    9. A pop-up message confirms the addition of Drivers to the group. Click Confirm.

    Note: Processing time may increase with a large number of selected Drivers.

     

    Removing Drivers from Groups in Bulk

    1. Repeat steps from 1 to 4 from the above section.

    2. Scroll down and click Groups: Remove from groups.

    3. Click Select.

    4. Search and select the groups you wish to add.

    5. Click Save once done.

    9. A pop-up message appears confirming the removal of Drivers from the group. Click Confirm.
