Introduction
Motive has a new feature that enables Fleets to allow Personal Conveyance in bulk. This feature is designed in compliance with the FMCSA’s electronic logging device mandate.
Steps: Allowing Personal Conveyance in bulk
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click the Organization dropdown in the left-hand side menu and select Drivers from the list.
3. Click the checkboxes on the left side of the Drivers you want to enable Yard Move for.
4. Click Edit.
5. Scroll down and click Special Duty Status: Personal Conveyance.
6. From the dropdown, click Allow.
7. Click Save, once done.
