Introduction
Fleet Admins can bulk-allow personal conveyance for vehicles by selecting them from the Vehicles page under Admin on the Motive Fleet Dashboard.
Steps: Bulk allowing personal conveyance for vehicles
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. In the Organization dropdown, select Vehicles from the list.
3. Click the checkboxes on the left side of the Vehicles you want to make changes for.
4. Click Edit.
5. Scroll down and click Vehicle Gateway Preferences: Personal Conveyance.
6. Click the dropdown menu and either select Allow or Don't Allow.
7. Click Save.
