Introduction
Fleet Admins can select a group of assets from a list and add them to, or remove them from specific groups on the Motive Fleet Dashboard
Steps: Adding / Removing Assets

Adding assets to the Group in bulk
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click the Organization tab in the left-hand side menu and select Assets from the list.
3. Select multiple assets by checking the checkboxes on the left hand side.
4. Click Edit.
5. Scroll down and click Groups: Add to groups.
6. Click Select.
7. Search and select the groups you wish to add
8. Click Save.
8. Once done, click Save.
Removing assets from the Group in Bulk
1. Follow steps from 1 to 4 from the above section.
5. Scroll down and click Groups: Remove from groups.
6. Click Select.
7. Search and select the groups you wish to add
8. Click Save.
8. ClickSave.
9. A pop-up appears. Click Confirm.
A toast message and notification appear on the page, along with a success message upon completion.
Note: Processing time may increase with a large number of selected assets. |
