How to allow drivers to connect to vehicles only within their group(s)?

Introduction

Fleet Admins can now optimize vehicle management with our latest feature, empowering them to restrict drivers to selecting vehicles exclusively within their designated group(s). This setting helps streamline vehicle assignments and improve operational efficiency.

 

Steps

1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon at the bottom-left corner.

 

2. Click the Driver App option on the left hand-side menu. 

 

3. Click Settings tab at the top of the page. 

 

4. Click Edit to make changes.

 

5. Enable Allow drivers to connect to vehicles only within their group(s) option by check-marking the box on the left-hand side. 

 

6. Click Save to save the changes.
