The Qualification Documents feature includes alert support to keep fleets and drivers informed of expired or expiring qualification documents.
Setting up Qualification Documents Expiration Alerts
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon.
2. Click Alerts.
3. Click + Create alert.
4. Add a name for the alert and select Driver Qualification Expiration as the alert type.
5. Click Select to choose the Drivers for whom the alerts are required. Select a group or multiple Drivers.
6. Choose the Expiration Status for which you want to receive alerts by clicking the checkboxes.
7. Select one or all documents from the Document Type for which you want to receive alerts.
8. In the Delivery section, select Recipients for the alerts.
9. Set Priority as Important and Frequency as Immediate or Scheduled.
10. Select the Method for receiving alerts.
11. Click Save.
