Introduction
The Motive Fleet App lets you run the verification test for Vehicle Gateway anytime after installation, directly from the Vehicle Gateway details page.
Steps: Verifying installation of Vehicle Gateway on the Fleet App
- Log in to the Fleet App and tap Devices.
- Tap the arrow next to the Vehicle Gateway.
- Search the Vehicle Gateway serial number.
- Tap the arrow next to the selected Vehicle Gateway.
- The details about the selected Vehicle Gateway appear on the screen. Tap Verify Installation.
- Tap Begin Test.
- Once the test is complete, the results appear on the screen.
