Introduction
The Motive Fleet App allows Fleets to enter odometer readings, engine hours, and power source information during the Vehicle Gateway installation. These details can be viewed both on the Fleet App and the Fleet Dashboard.

Viewing Odometer Readings on the Fleet App
- Log in to the Fleet App and tap Devices.
- Tap the arrow next to the Vehicle Gateway.
- Search the Vehicle Gateway serial number.
- Tap the arrow next to the selected Vehicle Gateway.
- Scroll to the Installation Details section and tap the arrow. View the Last Updated, Odometer at Installation, Engine hours, Power Source, Installation Photos or Notes.
- Tap Edit to correct any values captured during installation.
Viewing the odometer readings entered on the Fleet Dashboard
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Admin icon.
2. Click Vehicles from the menu on the left-hand side.
3. Click Options in the Action column for the vehicle that is required to be edited.
4. Click Edit Vehicle.
5. Scroll down to the Vehicle Gateway section to view the installation details.
