Introduction:
Conditional logic allows Fleet Admins to create interactive forms that adapt based on user input. It allows customization of the document experience by showing or hiding questions and sections based on how someone answers previous questions. Document templates can now show Drivers only the form fields and sections that are relevant to them.
Note: This feature is currently available in beta. For more details, please contact Motive Support. |
Steps: Using Conditional Logic in Documents
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Documents.
2. Click New template.
3. A pop-up appears with two options.
-
Single Page
-
Multi-Page
4. To create a multi-page, choose Single Select as the form entity/question type.
5. Select the toggle in the lower right corner to turn on the Conditional Logic.
6. Direct the next question or action that appears based on how the question is answered.
Note: This new Multi Page form type supports all current document flows including editing the template once created, filling out a form, and editing an already filled out form. |
