Drivers upload required documents through the Driver App on a regular basis. These files can be accessed by Fleet Managers and Fleet Admins whenever they desire. Moreover, they can download the desired files as well.

Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and go to Documents.

Use the drop downs to find the desired document.

(Optional) Apply filters such as Date or Created by to narrow down your results.

Click the three dots next to the document you wish to download.

Select Download from the dropdown menu.

Your document will be downloaded in PDF format.
Bulk download multiple documents

Select multiple, or all documents using the check boxes beside each document title.

Click Download.
-
The selected documents will be downloaded together in PDF format.
