Introduction
The Auto Decline feature helps Fleet Admins prevent unnecessary fuel purchases by automatically declining transactions when a vehicle's telematic data in unreliable or when the fuel level is above a specified percentage. Drivers receive an SMS and have to verify the transaction via their Driver App and reattempt the transaction after 30 minutes.
Viewing cardholder verification for purchases with unreliable telematics data
1. When cardholder authorization is enabled for purchases with unreliable Telematics data, the transaction is declined, and drivers receive a notification via SMS.
2. Drivers also receive a notification via the Driver App to verify the purchase.
