Driving Events Reports

Motive allows Fleet Admins and Fleet Managers to view and download Driving Events reports from the Fleet Dashboard.

Driving Events Detail report

Driving Events Detail shows a detailed list of driving events by vehicle, driver, or group. It includes event-level information such as start time, driver, event type, status, origin, destination, duration, distance, and notes.

1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Reports.
2. On the Browse tab, select Compliance.

3. Click Driving Events Detail. 

   

4. Use the available filters to view the report. You can filter by:
   • Vehicle, Driver, or Group
   • Date range
   • Groups
   • Vehicle
   • Driver
   • Type
   • More filters
5. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

6. Select Export as PDF or Export as CSV to download the report. 

   

Driving Events Summary report

The Driving Events Summary shows a high-level summary of driving events by vehicle or group. It includes identified driving time, unidentified driving time, interrupted driving events, disconnects, and the percentage of identified driving events.

1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Reports.
2. On the Browse tab, select Compliance.

3. Click Driving Events Summary. 

   

4. Use the available filters to view the report. You can filter by:
   • Vehicle or Group
   • Date range
   • Group
   • Vehicle
5. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

6. Select Export as PDF or Export as CSV to download the report.
