Introduction
Schedule Cycle Configurations allows customers to align scheduled Analytics exports with their billing cycle cadence and automatically accounts for a fixed 3-day IFTA processing delay to ensure complete data delivery.
What’s New?
• Billing cycle schedules: Select Billing Cycle as a scheduling cadence. Reports use the current billing cycle date range, and the schedule displays the next send details.
• IFTA processing delay: Reports with an IFTA or tax-compliance structure automatically apply a 3-day processing delay. The original report time range is preserved.
How does this help our customers?
• Billing alignment: Align scheduled reports with billing periods to support reconciliation with invoices and statements.
• Compliance timing: Add a processing buffer for IFTA and tax-compliance reports to help ensure data is complete before delivery.
