How to update billing payment method on Fleet Dashboard

    Introduction 

    Motive has introduced a new Billing tab in the Fleet Dashboard that enables the Fleet Admins to update their billing payment method. Here is how you can update it.

    Steps: Updating billing payment method on Fleet Dashboard 

    1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon.

    2. Select the Billing tab and get an overview of your financial relationship with Motive.

    3.  Click the Active Payment Method box.

    4. Click  Update payment information.

    5. Provide the payment method information to update the billing payment method.

    6. Fill in the necessary information in the Update your Payment Information form.

    7. Click Update to save the changes.
