Introduction
Drivers can download all the logs they have created using the Driver App through the Driver Dashboard.
Steps: Downloading Past Logs from the Driver Account.
1. Log in to the Driver Dashboard.
2. Click Logs in the left-hand side menu.
3. Check the box next to each log that is required to download.
4. Click Download.
The selected logs and inspection reports are downloaded in a PDF file.
Note: In case a driver account is deactivated and the logs are required, contact support. For a faster response, chat with Motive using the Live Chat Support available on the Fleet Dashboard. |
