Introduction
Learn how to request an API key from the Motive Fleet Dashboard by following the steps mentioned below.
Steps: Requesting an API key
1. Click Admin from the bottom left corner of the Motive Fleet Dashboard.
2. Click Developers from the left-hand side menu.
3. In the API Access tab, click on the Request API Key button.
4. The screen below pops up to send an email to API Support. Click on the Ok button.
5. Once the API Key is created, you can check/uncheck the ‘Test Mode’ box at any time. Keeping this box checked means your data can not be modified by any third-party broker who has access to your API Key.
