Introduction

Fuelstop automates fleet fueling using near real-time Motive telematics. By connecting with Motive, Fuelstop synchronizes vehicle information, locations, and company data to identify vehicles that need fueling based on your configured rules, then dispatches mobile fueling to your yard so qualifying vehicles are refueled overnight while parked. Completed deliveries are synced back to Motive as fuel purchase records, giving fleets a complete and auditable fueling history.

The result is less manual fuel management, fewer unnecessary trips to fuel stations, and better fleet readiness; all from the telematics data fleets already run on Motive.

This integration is powered by API Keys and is enabled the instant the customer installs the integration from the Motive Marketplace.

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.

Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
Search Fuelstop in the search bar.
Locate Fuelstop and click Learn More.
Click Install.
Once you’ve clicked Install, a pop-up banner appears; click Install. This authenticates the integration and redirects you to the Fuelstop website.
