How to customize Admin roles and access

    Audience Fleet Admins
    Applies To Fleet Dashboard > Admin > Fleet Users



    A Fleet Admin can add multiple Admins to take care of different departments in the fleet. These Admins might not need access to everything in the main Dashboard. Fleet Dashboard allows the Default Admin Role to customize roles for various Admins to provide a tailored and relevant experience.


    Steps: Customizing Admin roles and access

    1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon.


    2. Click on the Fleet Users under the Organization dropdown from the menu on the left-hand side.


    3. Click on the Manage Roles button in the top right corner.


    4. Click on the Options for the Admin role you would like to change access for.
    5. Click on Edit from the dropdown menu.


    6. Click on the checkbox against a feature to give access.
    7. Click on the arrow at the left-side of the role to access the further functionality breakdown of a feature.
    8. Click on Save button once done.
