Introduction
Our Admin Dashboard allows Feet Admins to manage groups and sub-groups created. Fleet Admins can view various details of a group including Assets, Drivers, Geofences, and Vehicles.
Steps: Managing groups and sub-groups
Manage a Group
1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon at the bottom right.
2. Click on Groups from the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on the group of your choice to view its details.
4. Click on the Manage button on the top-right corner.
5. You can switch between Vehicles, Drivers, Assets, and Geofences by clicking on their tabs at the top.
- Vehicles: This shows the list of all vehicles included in the selected group.
- Assets: This shows the list of all the assets associated with the selected group.
- Drivers: This shows the list of all the drivers included in the selected group.
- Geofences: This shows the list of all geofences created for the selected group.
Note: Fleet admins can further sort, filter, and search vehicles, assets, drivers, and geofences in the respective tabs.
6. From the list on the left-hand side, click on the Plus (+) icon in front of the driver/asset/geofence/vehicle you want to add to the group.
7. From the window on the right-hand side, click on the rows you want to delete from the group.
8. Click on the Save button at the top right to save the changes.
Manage a Sub-group
1. Click on the group of your choice from the left-hand side list to view its sub-groups.
2. Click on the sub-group you want to edit.
3. Click on the Manage button on the top-right corner.
4. From the list on the left-hand side, click on the Plus (+) icon in front of the driver/asset/geofence/vehicle you want to add to the group.
5. From the window on the right-hand side, click on the rows you want to delete from the group.
6. Click on the Save button at the top right to save the changes.
