Introduction
At Motive, we believe that transitioning from another tool or having no tool to using Motive should be a seamless experience without any hurdles. If you have multiple vehicle profiles when shifting to Motive, we would be happy to assist you in uploading all of your vehicles to the Fleet Dashboard at once.
Steps: Bulk upload your vehicle profiles
1. Download the CSV file and add all the vehicle details. Make sure not to edit the first row. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk(*).
2. Log in to Motive Fleet Dashboard and select the Admin icon at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
3. Select Vehicles from the left-hand side menu.
4. Click on Import Vehicles.
5. Upload the CSV file and click on Import.
6. Now you can see the uploaded file in the History section. All the valid vehicle profiles are added to your Fleet after processing.
