Introduction
Performance Hub brings Coaching, Training, and Driver Rewards into a single experience in the Fleet Dashboard, giving organisations one place to monitor and manage driver performance across the Motive platform.
What’s New?
- New Performance Hub: The existing Coaching Hub in the Fleet Dashboard is now renamed to Performance Hub for easy management of performance-related workflows and data.
- Centralised Performance and improved navigation: The new Performance Hub introduces three dedicated tabs for Coaching, Training, and Rewards, so all driver performance workflows live in one place. This update focuses on a smoother, more intuitive navigation experience in the Fleet Dashboard. All existing functionality, including the Driver App, remains unchanged.
- Tab visibility: Fleets without a workforce management subscription and with coaching enabled see the Performance hub and Coaching tab, while fleets with a paid Workforce Management subscription have access to all three tabs for Coaching, Training, and Rewards.
