Introduction
Fleets can now select a region to change date, time, currency and number format displayed across the fleet app, fleet dashboard and driver app.
What’s New?
- User-Level Region Preference: Fleet Admins can now select a region to determine how the date, time, and number values are displayed across all in-scope Motive surfaces. Users can set this preference from the Web App, and drivers can update it directly in Driver App settings.
Note: Compliance menus will not be changed based on user preference because of regulatory formatting requirements. CSV exports/Inbound bulk imports and API responses will continue to use ISO format, while the UI, and PDF exports will reflect the user's selected locale. |
How does this help our customers?
Fleet admins and drivers in Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom and EU no longer need to manually translate US-formatted dates and numbers across the Fleet Dashboard, Driver App and Fleet App.
