Introduction
For Fleets operating in Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom and EU, Motive has expanded currency options available in Fuel and Maintenance tabs in the Fleet Dashboard.
What’s New?
- Default Currency: Currency in the fleet dashboard now shows the default currency of the country where the fleet operates.
- Currency Override: Fleet Users can update the currency displayed in the fleet dashboard’s Fuel Hub dashboards, Fuel Performance Reports, and Maintenance History by selecting a preferred currency.
- Last-Used Currency: Currency displayed is from the last fuel or maintenance receipts uploaded by the driver, which carries over sessions and devices.
- Document Templates: The Currency field in document templates is now localised, it no longer defaults to a dollar icon and instead reflects the user's or driver's selected currency.
How does this help our customers?
Customers in Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom and EU can now reliably upload, view and analyse fuel and maintenance costs based on the country selected by the fleet, reducing errors, saving time, and providing an accurate picture of fleet costs without leaving Motive.
