Answer
When completing a transaction with a card, certain fuel pumps and card terminals ask cardholders to select the type of card being used. Although these options may vary, they usually include Credit, Master Card, Debit, Fuel Card, and Corporate Cards.
Motive Cards are considered Credit and/or Master Cards; you must select either of these options to ensure transactions on your Motive Card are processed correctly.
Choosing a Debit, Fuel Card, or Corporate Card can prevent us from processing the transaction correctly, and the transaction can be declined.
