Enable the Ignore Drive Time option from the mobile app to exclude specific trips from being recorded or counted toward drive time.
Ignore Drive Time
1. Login to Motive Dashboard from your Phone's Browser.
2. Tap on the three lines on the left to open the menu
3. Tap on the Admin Button (Looks like a person with the settings icon)
4. Tap on the three lines on the left to open the menu
5. Tap on Fleet Users
6. Tap on Users at the top of the page
7. Tap on Roles and Permissions
8. Tap on options for admin and select edit.
9. Check mark ignore drive time
10. Save
