Introduction
Fleet Managers using the Cash Advance feature can offer their cardholders to use cash instead of a Motive Card for certain expenses including weigh-station fees, toll fees, parking fees, lumper fees, etc. Once the Cash Advance feature is available for an account, Fleet Managers can enable Cash Advance to specific cardholders and set limits.

Steps: Enabling Cash Advance for cardholders using Fleet Dashboard
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon at the bottom left corner.
2. Click Products on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click Cards from the dropdown menu.
4. The Cards page displays. Click the Settings tab.
5. Click the three dots on the required Spend Profile to enable the Cash Advance.
6. Click Edit.
7. The Edit Spend Profile page displays. Scroll down to the Cash Advance section and click the toggle to enable it.
8. Set the Daily withdrawal and Weekly withdrawal limit. The Daily withdrawal limit can’t exceed the approved limit.
Note: The Cash Advance feature is only available for Driver cards and not vehicle cards. |
9. Once done, click Save.
