This feature manages all worker documentation in one place to meet compliance requirements and support operational workflows. Workers can also access their documents via the Motive Driver App.
Timecards
Timecards provide capabilities for hourly workers to easily track their hours. The back office can quickly verify the accuracy of submitted time, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Payroll Integrations
Motive integrates with common HR/payroll systems such as UKG and ADP. These bi-directional integrations support payroll workflows and user syncing between systems.
