Introduction
The Timecards feature enables the Drivers to easily manage working hours by clocking in/out on the Driver App. Also, it helps fleets assess the submitted Timecards using the Fleet Dashboard.
How Timecards Help You
Fleet Managers can audit the Timecards using the Fleet Dashboard once the Drivers have submitted them through the Driver App. It also enables the Drivers to track time worked on specific jobs, edit and delete Timecard previously logged entries, and report on hours worked.
Timecards Overview
- The Timecards feature enables the fleets to analyze the hours Drivers have worked, review Drivers’ Timecards details, and insert a Timecard entry if required.
- Drivers can submit the Timecard after signing it at the end of the day so Fleet Admins can audit them.
- Drivers can switch jobs in Timecards once they are about to start a new job during the work day.
