Introduction
Motive Cards allow drivers and fleet users to purchase fuel, pay for fleet expenses such as maintenance, and pay for other corporate expenses such as utility bills, insurance, and travel. Fleet Admins can now assign Motive Cards to fleet user roles, ensuring authorized purchases while maintaining expense tracking and security.
Steps: Assigning a Motive Card to a Fleet user
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Cards in the left navigation menu.
2. Search for the non-driver user by name or email.
3. Select Assign Card from the options.
4. Select the Motive Card you want to assign and fill in all the details.
5. Click Confirm to finalize the assignment.
Note: Once assigned, the fleet user receives an email confirmation and can use Motive Cards for purchases |
