Introduction
Motive Card users can now download an invoice-level CSV export giving customers complete visibility into all invoice details in a single, downloadable file to simplify reconciliation.
What’s New?
Customers can now download a CSV file from each invoice that includes all line-level details for that invoice, including:
- Transactions (with transaction date, IDs, merchant details, and amounts)
- Rebates, rewards, credits, and fees, including explanatory notes where needed (for example, late fees)
- Segment information so customers can filter and analyze by segment in their own tools
How does this help our customers?
By giving customers a complete, exportable view of their invoice data, they can more easily tie transactions to amounts owed, understand how rebates, rewards, and fees are applied, and reduce the need for custom reports or support tickets.
