The Assignment flow Improvements introduce a more streamlined and intuitive way to assign drivers to Trips and Driving Events. With a redesigned experience and clearer visibility into assignment status, fleet managers can now complete assignments faster and with greater confidence.
What’s New?
- One-step assignment flow: Assign drivers in a single step directly from both the Trips page and the Driving Events page. Assignment now opens in a full-page view instead of a pop-up, providing better visibility into trip or driving event details during the assignment.
- Detailed information: Origin, Destination, Distance/Duration, and Driver ID details are shown during assignment to reduce errors and ensure fleet managers make informed decisions.
- Enhanced error messaging: Clear and specific error messages on a separate page help users quickly identify and resolve issues during assignment.
- Improved visibility for pending actions: Yellow dot indicators highlight assignments and notes that are pending driver approval, making it easier to track outstanding actions.
- Detailed assignment Insights: Hover states reveal which fleet manager assigned a driver or added notes.
