Introduction
This integration between Motive and HxGN OnCall Dispatch helps customers stream vehicle location data from Motive into HxGN OnCall Dispatch for real-time dispatch visibility.
HxGN OnCall Dispatch is Hexagon's next-generation computer-aided dispatch suite designed for police, fire, EMS, and communications agencies, with incident management and call-taking capabilities for public safety answering points and emergency control rooms.

- Real-time fleet visibility by streaming live GPS location data from Motive directly into HxGN OnCall Dispatch.

- Seamless data flow through secure transmission of vehicle location data using UDP packets in TAIP format.
Requirements
Before enabling the integration, make sure the following prerequisites are met:
- The customer has the HxGN OnCall Dispatch integration details needed to receive location data from Motive.
- HxGN must provide an IP address for the UDP location stream.
- HxGN must provide a port number for the UDP location stream.
Steps: Enabling HxGN OnCall Dispatch integration with Motive Marketplace
Follow these steps to enable HxGN OnCall Dispatch for a user account:
Log in to your Motive Fleet Dashboard and navigate to Marketplace.
- Search for HxGN OnCall Dispatch.
On the app tile, click Learn More.
Click the Install button. It will now be installed for your company.
- A case will be generated for Motive Support.
- API Support will confirm the customer's consent and route the case to Partner & Ecosystem Engineering for scoping and enablement.
- Partner & Ecosystem Engineering will reach out to the user and start the enablement process.
