    Introduction

Motive helps Fleet Managers identify drivers and behaviors that need coaching. All relevant logs, including issues, videos, speeding events, and coaching history, are displayed in one view for efficient feedback.

    • [Safety events only] You can easily identify unsafe driving patterns and get full context on every video.
    • [Safety events only] Drivers are added to the “Drivers to Coach” list when at least one of their safety events has the “coachable” status. Fleet Managers can manually mark an event as “coachable” or save time with Motive’s automated coaching feature
    • [Compliance] Logs that have HOS violations or Form and Manner errors can be marked as “coachable” from the logs detail page
