The Motive Card billing feature allows Fleet Admins to manage the financials linked to their Motive Card account. In this article, you will learn how to view your Motive Card payments.
Steps: Viewing your Motive Card payments
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click on Cards.
2. Click on Go to Admin.
3. In the Billing tab click on the Payments button. The Status column updates you about the current status of your payments.
Initiated: Payment order is sent to the payment gateway.
Complete: Payment gateway processed the payment and it's collected from the customer's bank account.
Processing: Payment gateway has started processing the order and is in process of sending the payment order to the bank.
Failed: The collection attempt for the payment failed.
