Introduction
The Motive Fleet Dashboard supports the feature of having unique Driver IDs. Driver IDs can help you identify Drivers easily and avoid confusion between similar names.
Steps: Setting up a unique Driver ID
1. Log in to Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click the Organization dropdown and select Drivers from the list.
3. On the right-hand side of the desired Driver, click Options and select Edit Account from the dropdown menu.
4. Type the Driver ID in the text box.
| Note: This ID needs to be unique and two Drivers can't share the same Driver ID. |
5. Click Save.
