    How to set up unique Driver ID

    Introduction

    The Motive Fleet Dashboard supports the feature for having unique Driver IDs. Driver IDs can help you identify drivers easily and avoid the confusion between similar names.

     

    Steps: Setting up unique Driver ID 

    1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click on Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.

    2. Click on Drivers in the left-hand side menu.
    3. On the right hand side of the desired driver, click Options and select Edit Account from the dropdown menu.

    4. Type the Driver ID in the text box.

     

    Note: This ID needs to be unique and two drivers cannot share the same Driver ID.

     

    5. Click on Save.
