Symptoms
Both Vehicle Gateway LEDs are Off.
Cause
The Vehicle Gateway doesn’t have power.
Solution
When the Vehicle Gateway's LEDs are off it means that the Vehicle Gateway doesn’t have power. This could be because your vehicle has a power shutoff switch that is OFF, the ignition is OFF, or the cable connecting the Vehicle Gateway to your vehicle is disconnected. Try the following:
- If your vehicle has a power shutoff switch, turn it ON.
- Try turning on the ignition for your vehicle to turn on the LEDs of the Vehicle Gateway.
- Check that the cables connecting your Vehicle Gateway to your vehicle are connected tightly.
