How to Enable Company Switcher feature?

Motive Company Switcher feature helps customers move easily between different business units on the Fleet Dashboard. To use this feature and switch between units on the Motive Fleet Dashboard, add user details for all accounts needing access through the Admin Console.

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel. Click Connected Users.

  2. Click New Connecter User.

  1. A form will appear to fill out the Connected User details. Enter the User ID

Note: This can be found at the end of the URL when the user profile is open or in the ID field in the user profile.

4. Enter the Company ID.

Note: This can be found at the end of the URL when the company profile is open or in the ID field in the company profile.

  1. After entering the User ID and Customer ID, click Create Connected user.

Note: The User ID is for the Fleet Admin who needs to be added as a connected user in the company. The Company ID is for the company where a user needs to be added to have access.
