Introduction:
The Driver and Fleet Admins can see the same vehicle number twice on their log forms causing confusion for the user.
Cause:
When a driver creates an inspection report, they can select a Vehicle ID from a drop-down menu or manually enter a Tractor Number as free text, depending on their choice.
However, suppose the driver selects a Vehicle ID from the drop-down in the Log Form and also manually enters a Tractor Number in the inspection report and vice versa. In that case, it may lead to duplication in the log forms.
Steps:
1. Edit the log form & Remove the Vehicle Numbers from the Log form.
2. Add the Vehicle Number and ensure that the Vehicle Number is selected from the drop-down menu.
3. To prevent this issue from coming up in the future ensure the Vehicle is selected from drop-down while performing inspection.
