Introduction
Motive has introduced Engine Immobilizer which allows Fleet Admins and Fleet Managers to enhance security by remotely controlling their vehicle's mobilization status via the Fleet Dashboard.
Steps: Canceling mobilization using Fleet Dashboard
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Fleet View in the left-hand side menu.
2. In the Fleet View, click Live.
3. Next to the warning note of Pending Mobilization, click Cancel.
4. A pop-up appears, click Yes.
5. The vehicle is now mobilized. A note appears confirming the action.
