How frequently can a Fleet Admin change the spending limits of a certain Card/Cardholder?

Currently, Fleet admins can assign specific limits for each driver/ vehicle card. Each card has access to the limit set by the Fleet Admin until there is a change. Fleet Admins can change driver limits at any time and multiple times in a single day as well.
